Welcome to Crossroads Connection. By accessing our website, registering for a program, or participating in activities at our facility, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

This website and all content are owned by Crossroads Connection, 17303 Havenwood Rd, Sparta, WI 54656.
You may view, share, or print materials from our site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without permission.

2. Program Participation

Participation in equine-related activities involves inherent risks. All participants (or parents/guardians of minors) must complete and sign a separate Liability Waiver and Photo/Media Release before engaging in any activities at our facility.
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and facility rules provided by Crossroads Connection staff.
Crossroads Connection reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety or conduct reasons.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations made by the participant may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Crossroads Connection.
If Crossroads Connection must cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, safety, or other reasons, participants will be offered a refund or alternative date.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By registering, you consent to us contacting you regarding schedules, updates, and related information.

5. Accessibility & Accommodations

Crossroads Connection is committed to providing accessible services. Reasonable accommodations will be made upon request, in line with our Accessibility Statement.

6. Assumption of Risk

Equine activities are subject to the Wisconsin Equine Activity Liability Law (Wisconsin Statutes Section 895.481), which limits liability for equine activity providers.
By participating in our services, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to release Crossroads Connection from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including website content, photos, graphics, and program materials, are the property of Crossroads Connection unless otherwise noted.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
